PokerStars NJ SCOOP 2023 in Full Swing with $3m in Guaranteed Prize Money

It’s that time of year again! PokerStars offers online poker players in New Jersey a chance to compete in exciting tournaments, with options for every skill level. The Spring Championship of Online Poker (SCOOP) kicked off on March 17 and will continue through April 3. Several tournaments are spread throughout the three-week schedule, with $3 million in guaranteed prize money up for grabs. SCOOP 2023 allows players to compete in events with a Low, Medium, and High buy-in. This ensures you can play at PokerStars in the series, regardless of your bankroll or skill level. Players can compete for major payouts plus trophies for various events. This includes the Phased NLHE championship.

Players can buy into this event for $10, $30, or $100 with the Phase 1 qualifier. Compete multiple times and take your best stack to Phase II on April 3. The High option is even better, with $125,000 guaranteed during Phase II.

During the 2023 SCOOP, PokerStars will offer NJ Casino game enthusiasts a chance to play special edition Spin & Go tournaments. These events will reward players with cash and Main Event entries. There are three leaderboards, a Low, Medium, and High level. The buy-in of the tournament you participate in will dictate the leaderboard you qualify for. All you have to do is compete and earn points. Finish at the top of the leaderboard, and you earn cash prizes!

First place will earn $2,000 for High, $1,000 for Medium, and $500 for Low when the leaderboard competition ends. Second place is $1,500, $600, and $300. Places remain paid for in each leaderboard, but the Low board only pays for the top five points earners.
